Who do you think was behind the shoot out at the bar at the end of the season 5 finale "Pay Up"?

Who do you think was behind it? People think Robert Dunbrook, but he should be grateful that the NYPD helped get his son Conner back from the kidnappers who also killed Det.Angell. I think it may have been a kidnapper that may have gotten away, or someone behind the kidnappings. What do you think?

Robert Dunbrook but yes very well able to pay the police, ca to silence something. Without doubt to make us forget them, and to make his revenge, from what Mac said when he gave the check, he said something, it looks like we will still have problems with you

I think it was maybe one of the kidnapper, because he wasn't happy, but thought they were all arrested(or killed) one of their friend. but remember at the beginning of the episode they gave us some clue about what was going to happen when Flack went to see the black man at the beginning...
