Catholicism Visiting a Catholic Church?

Can someone visit a Catholic Church if they aren't Catholic and have never been inside a Catholic Church? Would they be treated warmly or looked down upon? Would they feel lost?

Don't worry! Every single church is a house of God, including every Catholic church, of course. We're all welcome to the house of Our Lord. In fact, I'm not Catholic myself, but an Anglican, only recently married to a Catholic, still we both visit Catholic church on regular bases. Church is open to ALL the people, no matter what or who they are! That reminds me to a hymn Raise Your Hands In The Praise Of The Lord, namely the verse that goes: Everybody in the house of the Lord!
