The Buffy the Vampire Slayer Drinking Game

Oh my, that's unsightly!

I was browsing soapboxes one dia a few months atrás when I came across a drinking game set around the show Supernatural, written por Bealoser. This made me remember a time from high school when my best friend and I participated in a Buffy drinking game(bad girls, i know!). Our only criteria for taking a shot was when a vampire was slain or we spotted a visible bra strap, the latter being fairly often considering that it was an episode from either season 2 or season 3.

While browsing link, I realized that there were countless things in Buffy that could trigger a drink, so I started composição literária down all of the ones that I could think of. I just wanted to share them with all of you. There are no doubt many possible triggers that will be left out. It was a long running show with rich characters and inventive plots, I would have to be a Buffy scholar to tag them all!

Now, there are so many possible triggers, that you should probably choose only 2-3, and be sure that they're episode appropriate. If you choose too many, you will end up beyond wasted. My friend and I were pretty much toasted just from the slayings and bra straps on display in one episode. A good idea would also be to decide whether you'll be consuming shots or drinks per trigger. Shots are a lot mais potent, so you may want to save them for the triggers that you feel will be mais rare, or avoid them entirely. Be sure to drink responsibly with a designated driver or somewhere that you'll be for the night. And have fun!

There are some general triggers that will work with almost any episode of Buffy. Note that I say "almost" because exceptions always apply. Here they are:

General Triggers

As new characters, settings, and storylines come and go, so do the triggers. There are a lot of great consistencies if you break it down season por season. So I did!

Season 1

amazondebs yeah you can play it with just buffy trivia as well lol try naming all the spuffy sex scenes or spelling boreanaz, when drunk infact i'm not even sure if that's right

nosemuffin Yeah, the vamp slaying isn't specific to Cordelia, I just loved the picture! I think that's the right spelling, lol. But drunk, yeah, I would mess it up no doubt.

NikaDawson Great article nosemuffin. Now I just need to find someone to play with. I got no Buffy friends near me, lol. Who knows, watching it drunk I might start to think Bangel is cute or something, lol.

swr2shakeitup93 I think if you had to take a drink whenever it's obvious that one of the characters is using a stunt double you'd get wasted pretty fast. I've never really noticed, but I just started watching the series for the third time, and at times it's painfully noticeable. Especially the Season 2 finale when Buffy and Angel are fighting at the end.

Best word to describe contest

Well, many of you may have noticed that in many other spots there is a contest which is called; Best word to describe contest.
The rules are sumple. The one who makes the contest puts one character name and you have to give him 1-3 words with describe him/her best.
After 7 days or when there will be at least 5 different contestants he'll make a pick. The winner will revieve props and his name will be on WINNER LIST.
If anyone wants to start this contest just write it down. Otherwise I am going to make it. If you don't want this contest to be made say why and please be kind....
I think that it is going to be something very entertaining and will keep this spot active for a long time.

From the anterior storylines, Spike and Buffy were now reunited in Rome, from troubles of Buffy's addictive relationship with Spike in the past.

4 things that would have made the finale better

I amor th episode 'Chosen' but here are 4 things I think would've made it even better.

1. An explanation for the fact that the turok-han were so much weaker. In their first appearance one nearly beat Buffy to death, but then Xander and Dawn can take them on? I've heard fã explanations, some saying Buffy just wasn't prepared and was emotionally fragile at first, but she's a slayer, that wouldn't take her to Xander's physical level. Since its begining I have been a dedicated Buffy fan. Since the first fight in the Bronze, to the school blowing up, to the showtunes of Once mais with Felling and to Sunnydale becoming nothing mais then a giant crater.

Alright, well, this soapbox isn't very good, cause it got written in a hurry, but it's basically my thoughts on souls in the Buffyverse.

Hottie Test: An Analysis of Oz's Body

In my opinion, Oz is one of the most adorable boys on the show. Not only is he incredibly sweet with his charming and calming voice, not to mention his violão, guitarra playing skills, but he really is just adorable.
