Lol, I have no idea. Its one of the mysteries of this picture! My guess is the person who created this had the ideal that either Aizen won in an alternate idea of Bleach for them and either Aizen defeated Ichigo, or either Grimmjow or Ulquiorra did and so they kept his Zanpakuto as a reminder, or souvenir. Lol.
