Help! How do you unhide invisible folders in mac?

My USB looks like this in my mac and i can't open any folders. Also, the ones that I can actually open are faded. Can anyone please help me? I have important stuff in my USB and I'm scared they might disappear.

It looks like some of the files on your screenshot are PC applications (files ending in .exe), meaning you can't use them on other operating systems.

However, unless you actually eliminar them manually or your USB gets corrupted, none of your files should disappear. But if you are at all worried, I recommend you back them up somewhere else just in case (i.e. on your Mac or any other computer you own) once you have unhidden them and can see them again.
