I keep trying to sync my iPad but it doesn't...

Like it says on the title, I have problems with synchronizing my iPad. For example, when I editar the artwork cover for a song that's in my iPad using iTunes, it doesn't ever change. Even after turning my iPad on and off (in both ways), clicking on "sync'" in iTunes and anything else, it still doesn't change. What should I do? This hasn't happened to me before with any other device.

Should I restore it or something, is it a problem with my iPad? I haven't had the iPad long enough for me to fully understand it, I mean, there are apparently just some small things I don't get... So please help me if you can. :)

You can try Syncios. It is a free iOS manager. It allows you transfer videos, music, fotografias even your apps from your ipod/ipad/iphone to your PC. If you want to transfer files on your PC to your iOS devices, it is also OK!

When your on itunes it should say the name of your ipad on the left side of itunes click on it and it says sync press it and it should start syncronizing if it doesnt im sorry i cant help u

Yeah I kept doing tht, but I think I've found a way I can synchronize it, even if it doesn't always work, but thanks anyway, :)
