I just wanna know who yer fav white haired animê boys are!

Post bunches of them! Please!!! These tragic boys deserve to be remembered and loved and not sad! (I guess kowaru has grey hair but whateves. Close enough right? heh)

True, I guess that's some of them. Thor, Shion, and Chika have had some tragedy, Thor probably has the most. Shion and Chika don't really come from bad backgrounds but have had difficult circumstances.

Toshiro Hitsugaya from Bleach. Even though he looks like a kid, he's very mature and serious, making situations funny at times. That's my top, but there are others, such as Prussia (Hetalia), inuyasha and, as pictured in another answer, Sesshomaru (Inuyasha). Also, I'm surprised Soul (Soul Eater) hasn't shown up yet. But oh well. I'm wearing my Toshiro camisa so I thought I'd answer with Toshiro.
