"Death is terrible for anyone. Young or old, good or evil, it's all the same. Death is impartial. There is no especially terrible death. That's why death is so fearsome. Your deeds, your age, your personality, your wealth, and your beauty are all meaningless in the face of death." ~ Sunako Kirishiki, Shiki
Okay, so it might not be classified under 'inspiring', but I amor that quote. It has alot of truth to it.
One of the frases that stuck with me doesn't even come from my favorito animê and it isn't even a main character. But when I heard it I literally had to pause the animê and write it down. (Btw I loved the manga, the animê never had a segundo season and the story intrigued me so much that I had to finish the story with the manga)
Sotetsu from Zombie Loan "Why is everyone concerned with where people came from? What's really important is where they're going."
Ciel from Kuroshitsuji "Pain tends to heal as times passes, but personally i don't want time to heal my wounds. You may think you can escape the pain and forgotten it, but that's nothing mais than stagnation. You cant mover progressivo, para a frente without the pain."
"There's an old saying my late grandma taught me. When you're ten, they call you prodigy. When you're fifteen, they call you a genius. Once you hit twenty, you're just an ordinary person. About three years until I'm ordinary. Man... I can't wait to be ordinary."
"Honor among thieves is honor under the seas."-Sun Seto from "My Bride is a Mermaid". This quote is inspirational to me because the take-away I get from it is to have honor in yourself and defend that honor as hard as you can.
