Mizore Shirayuki (Rosario + Vampire) quite often displays stalkerish behaviors/has stalkerish tendencies particularly when it comes to Tsukune Aono. And at times she spies on him as well

She eventually starts to warm up to him after she finds out he had a shitty childhood. He falls for her after she shames his family, but she does not return his feelings at all, at least as far as I've gotten.
