Ciel's and Sebastian daemon symbols from Black Butler
The Japanese symbols for thing like leader (The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) or symbols for cat and meow stuff like that
if you feel confident go ahead and try to do some chibi heads on them of animê characters
música notes (vocaloids)
you could also make symbols from animes/manga (a characters weapon or trademark) like a bow and Arqueiro for madoka (puella magi madoka magica)
you could also dye frosting as cores that would represent a character as well, like black frosting and then 3 white strips for kid (soul eater)
