Comedy animes.

Unexplainable- Hetalia.

Baka and Test would fit both C and D on your list-thing.. xD Oh! and H as well.. Though the crossdressing is cute. =w=

I have two suggestions. They're the two funniest animê I've ever seen. Then again, I have a rather odd sense of humor.

-Hetalia. Like you said, it has fanservice gay jokes, and it also fits into satire (since the entire point of the show is stereotypes). There's plenty of humor that is inexplicable but is simply hilarious. Not sure if that means it fits under "mindfuckery" or not XD
This animê also includes:
-A way to make history class rather amusing
-Quite a few tsunderes
-A yandere with a faucet pipe
-A girl with a rather dangerous frying pan
-A girl who is obsessed with marriage
-PASTAAAAAA~

-Baka to Test to Shokanjuu (AKA Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts). IMO, a rival in comedic genius to Hetalia. It fits under C definitely. I'd say H, but it's not BAD crossdressing ;). It's well-known for perverted humor. You will like this if you like Hetalia. You will like hetalia - axis powers if you like this. In addition to what I mentioned, this show also includes:
-A tsundere and all the humor that comes with her beating up Akihisa
-Idiots. Plenty of idiots.
-A girl who is obsessed with marriage (sound familiar? XD)
-A bit of action
-A trap. A really cute trap.
-A certain red-head lesbian stalker who wants the tsundere.
-The trap's twin sister with a secret passion for yaoi
-The nutso territory that comes with a highschool-theme anime
-...I mentioned the trap already, right?
