Yuri - Lesbian anime
Shohen - Boy, or mangá for boys
Shohen Ai - Boy's amor (different from yaoi)
Shojo - Girl, or mangá for girls
Shojo Ai - Girl's amor (different from yuri)
Hentai - Porno anime
Moe - A slang term for a strong interest to a certain type of character
Ecchi - Animes that are like soft-core porn, or jailbait.
