Chapter 13: The Storm
The seguinte day, Humphrey awoke, finding himself alone once again. He slowly continued through the forest, returning to his former lifestyle of sleeping under trees and eating berries. Each dia continued much the same as it had before he had met Arnold. Arnold had made such a significant impact in his life. He made him feel like he wasn’t alone anymore, he gave him hope that maybe he had finally gotten through the worst of his harrowing ordeal. But Arnold was gone now, and there was nothing Humphrey could do about it.
The man’s plan had worked perfectly. He finally had a chance to get this surprisingly elusive pup. However, the universe seemed to be against him because later that day, just as he was about to mover in on the pup, it began raining heavily and the man was forced to stop and remain at his campsite as the pup moved on.
The rain started slow at first, but then it began to get heavier and heavier until eventually, Humphrey was trapped in the biggest downpour he had ever seen. His pele, peles was soaked, and the wind was blowing so hard, he could barely see two feet in front of him, and the lightning was drawing nearer por the minute. He had been searching for a place to take shelter, but he couldn’t find anything that would shield him from the storm. Then, late into the night, something happened that would scar Humphrey forever.
Around halfway through the night, Humphrey was pushing through the rain, trying to continue on when suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck just over his head, coming so close that all the pele, peles on his body stood on end and his eyes nearly went blind from the sudden flash of light. The lightning bolt hit a nearby árvore and the tronco, porta-malas exploded with shards of bark flying everywhere. Humphrey ducked as bark flew past him. He heard a loud creaking sound and as he looked up, he saw the árvore falling toward him. He began to run, but it was too late, and the árvore came crashing down on his tail, pinning him to the ground.
It took some time, but the man was eventually able to fall asleep during the storm that had so suddenly forced himself upon him. Then, around halfway through the night, he was awoken por a loud crash of thunder, no doubt from a lightning bolt that had struck nearby. The man didn’t think much of it and went back to sleep, not knowing that he was missing out on the perfect opportunity to get the pup, who had now become stuck under the árvore that fell to that lightning bolt.
Humphrey tried countless times to free himself from the tree, but no matter how hard he tried or how much he pulled, he couldn’t get free. He eventually gave up after the pain became too unbearable and he just laid there, letting the rain continue to soak his pele, peles as the storm slowly continued around him.

Here why I break the sound, to KILL hopes and sorrows, every last one of them til they drown.
My heart, never it should or noone will say im hallow, its the blood within me whos so shallow, whos so shallow... whos so shallow.
Every last of evil turned into good... something mais to starve me now turned to targets, maybe i think i should;
Turn around dragging corpses through my mouth what i mostly do.
They see me as a monster, locked me up cause im a dream crusher,
Sorry mother if im not who you turned out to be 'n now im just someone, am i noone, she just lost me as her son,
now im waiting for my time to come, i hear music, i taste wine,
blood splattered in my mouth drills down through my spine,
Your piece of skin tears as you scream, licking ur muscles and thighs, the taste so wet as you start to cry,
I cant find your coração now its time to die....
