Her name hasn't been revealed but new info says that she immigrated to the US in her twenties. Her and Wesker had somehow met and started a intimate relationship. Wesker abandoned her. She was pregnant but didn't tell Wesker of that fact before immigrated back to Edonia, where Jake was born.
