You get medals after adding info, pics, videos, articles, etc to the particular spot. First it's green, Dedicated, then yellow, Die-Hard, then red, Fanatic. You just need to add loads of pics and stuff to the spot and over time (lots and lots of time lol) you get the medals and they increase in colour :) It's taken me about a ano and a half to two years to get my Fanatic for SPN lol x Posted over a year ago
