Okay for the whole connection between Silas and his amor and Stefan and Elena.... I get how people can be upset about that and how SE was "destined to be together" but maybe there's another way to think about it. Like in the Titanic, Jack and Rose were not accepted por society at that time but was beyond society and represented a amor that we wished to see in the future. Damon and Elena aren't "accepted" por society because they challenge Caroline, Bonnie, etc's ideas of what amor should be. Posted over a year ago

SE fãs have been saying that there's a parallel between Silas and his "long lost love" and Stefan and Elena, because Stefan is Silas's doppelganger. True or not true? There's no real evidence of that being a connection that the producers thought of, but do you think that it means they will end up together?

I'm so happy because now finally, the SE fãs can't say that Elena only loves Damon because of the sire bond. Damon was her clear choice. But I still dont really like what they are saying about Stefan being right for her and Damon not, because he does terrible things. I feel like they are so blind to how far Damon has come from season 1, and Damon is not the same person he was before at all. So at least I've heard from SE fãs that they think SE is the "epic amor story" and DE are just meant to be friends and nothing more. What do you guys think? I feel like we are seeing something completely different than they are! SE started out as such a typical cliche high school relationship that went too fast (um they had sex after like 10 episdoes) and it only turned into a relationship w/ major trust issues (damon) and lies. So SE fãs are all excited about Stefan and Elena being friends again, but personally I feel like them being "friends" is worse than them hating each other. SE fãs are secretly just so disappointed and they need something to hold on to, but I definitely think that when you "hate" somebody, you still feel mais for them than when you are just friends with them. Hate can turn into love, but when you agree to be "friends" you are in the friend zone I guess. Posted over a year ago

So SE fãs have been for a while saying that TVD is all about Stelena and that Stelena is the main couple of the show. I definitely disagree and just recently I noticed a pattern in how all 4 seasons of TVD are written. In the season finale's of every season 1-3, there has been a BIG Delena moment/cliffhanger.
There haven't been any big SE moments in the finales.
1x22: Damon "kisses" Elena
2x22: Damon almost dies and Elena kisses Damon.
3x22: Elena has to chose and lets Damon go. Posted over a year ago
