I remember visiting this website once...
It was called How to Act Like Yuki Nagato: 13 Steps (with Pictures) - wikiHow
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Nagato is a popular character off of the anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. She is a humanoid interface designed to contact organic lifeforms that came down to earth to watch Haruhi Suzumiya. She doesn\'t say a lot, she only talks when necessary, so if you would like to act quiet, read on.
Keep quiet. To be like her, be very quiet and only speak when you are spoken to, unless needed. But, when you are spoken to, use as little words as possible.
Read a book. Carry books around with you and read them whenever you are sitting. Extra points if it\'s either a really thick novel, a sci-fi book, a foreign book in it\'s original language and manga or all of the above.
Maintain good posture. Yuki never, ever slumps in her chair while she\'s reading. Her back is straight and her head is upright. Personally, sitting up can improve your health too.
Learn quickly. Because Yuki Nagato is a advanced robot/alien, she can learn things quickly, like the guitar chords to a really, really hard J-rock song, or how to hack a game\'s programming in the middle of play.
Always speak in a quiet voice but so you can still be heard.
When you talk don\'t open your mouth wide like Haruhi. Keep it like a tiny O.
Dress girly in a plain way. Dress in skirts, dresses and shorts. Wear tank tops and shirts that are like dresses. If your school has a uniform wear it everyday, even weekends, but don\'t wear it during vacation. Wear the cardigan that comes with it,([lawrarashop.com]) but a couple of sizes too big. If it doesn\'t have a cardigan, alternatives are the sweater or a cardigan or your own in one of the schools colors.
Minimize your expression of emotions. Yuki is a very stoic character and almost never shows any emotions at all.
If you have a school uniform you should like wearing it. Yuki is stoic, she likes uniforms. If your school doesn\'t have a uniform then you can make your own that you can wear to school.
Keep a journal. While I\'m not sure if Yuki did, at least you wouldn\'t bottle your feelings inside. One way to shift focus is by keeping a journal; commit to a daily writing practice.
Don\'t worry about others\' opinions- what other people think of you is not anything to be extremely concerned about. Many people may assume that constantly worrying over others\' opinions on themselves and trying to make everyone like them more is the key to seeming superior, but it is not. Many times, both girls and guys will mistakenly act nonchalant about school and work and seem like they are too bored to truly care about the tasks they need to complete in every day life. Truthfully, you must make sure that if this is a negative trait in your character, which will be explained in steps later on, try your hardest to eliminate it from your mind frame. Acting this way gives off the image of low intelligence, or detesting school work and work in general. To others, it makes them often feel that you, or others who do this, are stuck-up, snobby, uncaring about academics and work, or all three. You do not want that image.
Use your intelligence for self-gratification- Besides using your intelligence in the work force or at school, using the knowledge you have more often at home or with friends and family for the pleasure of self-gratification will make you seem smarter to yourself, which is very important. If you want an intelligent, natural image, you have to accept that you need to show your intelligence to everyone, including yourself.
Increase your vocabulary, and use it! Don\'t get wordy, but substitute little words (jumped, typed) for better ones (lunged, hammered the keyboard frenziedly). Make sure you only use your brainy words when it is appropriate, or you\'ll look like a show off (and therefore a loser; not good). Make sure there\'s someone around to appreciate your vocabulary.
Thanks for helping! Please tell us everything you know about
If you know how to play \'God knows...\' by Aya Hirano on the guitar, then that would be awesome.
You might want to get to know the Anime better before you commit to acting like a character.
People will think of you as "The quiet girl who likes books more than people"
