Wow, it took forever for anyone to pick up this question, I'm sorry lol.

The first fotografia is ur army. It has the pieces to make a great zombie deck, actually one very similar to mine, but it needs to be cut down a bit. Zombie world decks' power comes from the field card Zombie world, and are crippled until it is on the field, so getting as close to 40 cards as you can is ideal. I'll run through the cards and say pros and cons for this deck...

Power Frame's function is to make up for your low ATK values when your opponent has a powerful monster out, but that function can be done way better with other cards, like another magical arm shield, or Sakuretsu armor (basically a trap hole that activates when ur opponent attacks) So i would replace it.
Vampire Genesis and Vampire lord are... just awesome. I had to pull them to keep card count down, but you cannot say they don't pull their weight. Leave in or take out, it's up to you.
Tutan Mask... If you could field 15 of them I would, leave in all three.
Zombie Master and Pyramid tartaruga are also yesses, keep in all three of both.
Bottomless Trap Hole, while normaly is awesome in every deck, has the disadvantage of making that monster unavailable to you for special summoning from your opponents graveyard, which zombies do alot of. Then again, your opp cannot use it either, so I would replace it with a normal trap hole, but its up to you.
3 terraform and 3 zombie worlds for sure yes.
Double Costons should be pulled. The only monster that even need two tributes in the deck is the lone Red-Eyes, who can be special summoned from the deck with pyramid turtle. You do, however, have alot of lvl 5 and 6's, who need to be summoned, but pyramid tartaruga can, and should, be used to get all of them on the field, however you might need to cut down the number of each you have (it's ok, if there is only one in the deck, you can still procurar and ss it with turtle, two+ is not needed).
Call of the mummy, also great for using those lvl5+ monsters w/o tribute. Also continuous eff YAY. Keep em.
Lady in white should be pulled, you have no lvl 3 or less once costons are pulled exept spirit reaper (who cannot be destroyed por battle anyway, and royal keeper)
IL Blud (wierd name) but is awesome, diffidently a keeper.
Patrician of Darkness is useful, but debatable in comparison to the other monsters you could field in his place, so keep one if you want, but no mais than that, otherwise he will be a constant dead draw.
cont in comments... (was not able to include pic of my deck, of 1 pic :'(

Solemn warning (max 1 btw so you couldnt field 2) is a decent card if you dont mind loosing some LP. A very similar card (also max 1) is Solemn Judgement, which is less specific to summoning (includes all traps and spells) but takes half life instead of 2k. Ur deck does not heal, and discards can be advantagious to use with zombie master, so i would use Divine Wrath, Magic Jammer (less preferred), and/or Regiki Break. Building your graveyard while you negate stuff is a good thing for this deck. Spirit reaper is great for stalling, but thats all he does is stall. Same effect can be done with swords of revealing light (you have no flip eff so not a problem) but he does his job well, I run him. So go ahead and keep. Paladin of Cursed Dragon is the exact same thing as Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon, just worse. He has tha advantage of being only lvl4, but until zombie world is on the field, he is just a normal monster with 1900 (not a bad atk for lvl4, but still) I would pull to replace with additional Red-Eyes Zombies, but if that is not an option he can stay. Worse comes to worse, he is still an alright lvl4 beater. Magical Arm Shield is a solid atk negate. No complaints. Many cards do a similar eff, but it does it's thing well. Wasteland I would pull, cannot be used with zombie world, and 200 is a small boost. Your deck just has a low atk value, but makes up for it with mass summoning of monsters. If you need to get around the low ATK, I would suggest an equip spell card like Blustering winds, United we stand (supper OP card), or reckless charge. Ryu is specificly a counter to a few deck types, but they are common deck types. W the tartaruga summoning basicly anyone you want, he could make a fine addition. Just bust him out against the right deck types. Royal keeper, at best, is a decent low level normal monster, but that is it. I would remove him to slim the deck for summoners, but he can stay if you feel the need to have the option. Keep in mind his ATK will (at very best) be the same as Paladin of the Cursed, who does other stuff too. Spell binding circle, no complaints. Good card for stalling or eliminating opponent's powerful high ATK monster. Full force strike is interesting (first time seeing it) and it allows you to basicly kamakazi anything into anything. No complaints. Drakmord is great against enemy monsters that are hard to summon. Returning to the hand means they have to completely re-ritual or re-tribute for the crazy huge guys. Also sends fusion, syncro, xyz monsters back the the extra deck for re-syncroing which is difficult for your opponent. Use against the big guys they spent all game to field. I assume you ment Dark Spirit of the Silent, and I would replace it with a mais typical atk negating card like the ones listed prior. Birthright only works on normal type monsters (ones with no effects), so replace with another call of the haunted for the same effect. Ookazi should be axed. it is not as versatile as potion of the old man, who does the same damage or heals you 1200, and is not complementry to your deck. Don't do a little damage here and there, maximize ur summoning ability to smash your opponent with monsters. It's what your deck does, so go with it :) Pot of duality is awesome, I always run two. The seguinte card translates to Vampire's Curse, who is another decent lvl 6 that can be summoned por turttle, so no complaints. Icy Cravasse is nice. No complaints Plague lobo is only OK, many monsters can kill your opponents cards outright, like Grave Squirmer or Newdoria, so I prefer them to kill opponent's monsters, but that might be mais of a preference thing. I would cut him. Malevolent Meck is great. I run two for easy normal summoning from the hand, but keep in mind his eff so you dont hurt yourself. When zombie world is on the field he is usually ok because your opponents monsters will count to keep him on the field. Call of the haunted is a yes Red-Eyes Zombie dragon is one of the best cards of the set. I run 3. He has a good atk, can be summoned from the deck with the turttle, and if the field card is in play you get to keep all of your opponents monsters you kill. Soo sososo satisfying. I amor him, and your deck should be designed to use him all of the time. Otherwise, some things to consider adding (google them or look on Dueling Network) are.. Monster Reborn, every deck needs it if you can afford one, but they are exceptionally nice in zombie decks. Golden Sarcophagus, again for every deck if you can afford it, but is awesome for getting zombie world on the field. Marionette Mite, who works like a legal version of Change of coração when zombie world is in play. Pyramid of wonders, which can be used to save a monster, and gives that slight atk boost you were looking for Book of Life, run 3 it's a must Trap of the imperial tomb, which works wonders with the effect of red-eyes zombie or paladin of the cirsed dragon, or even zombie master. Mezuki, who can be banished from grave to ss another zombie in your grave. its a ceia awesome card that is still cheep to buy online (btw trollandtoad.com is great for this stuff), but limited to one por ruling. Kasha, (i always think Kesha) who is super complicated but when played right can do awesome things. (Tik Tok) Goblin zombie is good, like a smaller version of pyramid tartaruga who you've maxed out. and bacon, toucinho saver, because he is fun and can be helpful, but diffidently not a must have lol. Also included is my personal zombie deck. I hope this was helpful and GL. :)
