Ask him why he won't let you get one. And also; why do you want one so bad? Are you planning on posting vídeos of you and your friends? Are you planning on posting AMVs you make...? Or do you just want it to comment on vídeos and such?

i really want one cuz ever since i was little i wanted to be a singer and i wanted to post vids of me cantar
try to make one when your dad is not at início or on the holydays when hes at work make one then i did my dad still dose not know about my youtube account and i had it for 6 years now
so all you have to do is 1. make an account 2. do not show your dad till your 18 or 19 3.if your dad dose ind out just say it's you friends account.
those are the 3 step if you con't follew these steps sucks to be you hope this help ;)

sorry but i cant do this. my dad hates when i do stuff without permission. and if i want to become famous without my dad knowing,i dont think that woukd work out too well
First find out the reason why then try to come up with a compromise:maybe you could if he knows your password and is allowed to check up on you or if you don't allow comments on your videos.Luckily for me, I have an older brother who got one so I just brought that up when my parents said I couldn't (although all my vídeos suck so I don't know why I bothered.-_-)

What type of email account do you have cause if you have a Gmail (Google Email) then you already have a YouTube account. All you do is log on to YouTube using your Gmail login.
Why do you want a youtube account? Is it because you want to make your own videos, or make comments on other youtube videos? Or favorito vídeos that you like so you can watch them again and again? Maybe you should tell him why you want one. And ask him why he won't let you.
