Robin was waiting in the Batmobile. batman and Robin had been patrolling when he had gotten a message calling for an emergency meeting. They parked in front of an abandoned movie theater with boards nailed on the windows. It was a pit stop to the watchtower. batman said he would be back in 10 minutos but it had already been 45 minutes. Robin was so bored and felt childish waiting in the car. Suddenly a red and yellow flash passed by. Robin blinked wondering if he imagined that, but it passed por again getting closer. Robin pulled out a batarang preparing him in case there was trouble. Suddenly there was a rapid knock on the door. Robin turned hoping it was batman but it was Kid flash grinning. Robin sighed and put his Birdarang away. He opened the door.
“Hey, KF. What are you doing here?”
“Ugh Flash is in a meeting that is taking forever” KF said getting in the car.
“Same here” He told him. KF started spinning the steering wheel.
“Vroom, Vroom” He said making car sounds.
“Very mature” Robin said.
“Hey Rob they’re going to be in that meeting for a while right?”
“Yeah”
“And here we are alone with the Batmobile. Let’s test this cachorro, filhote de cachorro out!” He said pushing aleatório buttons.
“What? No. No way are you going to drive the batmobile”
“Oh come on” KF whined. He pulled a lever thinking that was how to start it but instead it made the window wipers go back and forth.

“Of course, I’m Robin. I’ve seen batman drive this hundreds of times, so I’ve picked up a thing or two”
Wally smiled deviously.
“I was hoping you would say that” He said. Using his super speed he switched seats with Robin. Now KF was in the passenger assento grinning and bouncing in his seat, while Robin was in the drivers assento looking confused. He realized he was in the driver’s seat.
“Uh KF, why?”
“Well you know how to drive this so I’ll have you drive. Buckle up!” He said clicking his assento belt.
“What! First of all batman would kill me! segundo I have never really driven the Batmobile”
“Well this would be practice” KF answered.
“I think this practice is illegal, considering that I’m only thirteen years old” Robin said.
“Oh come on. Everyone will think its batman driving” KF said. Robin unconsciously put his assento cinto, correia on and his hands on the wheel. He did know how to drive it, and KF was right about how everyone would think it was batman driving. And he had wanted to drive the batmobile since forever.
“How long do you think we have?” Robin said gripping the wheel tighter.
“About an hour” KF said excitedly. Robin put in a code that made the engine come to life. Robin pulled out of the parking space. It was harder then he thought. He kept pushing the brakes making the car stop abruptly.
“I’m going to be sick” KF said.
“Wait I think I got the hang of it” Robin said concentrating. After a few minutos it was smooth driving.
“Waaahoooo” KF yelled sticking his head out of the window. The car was made to go fast. Robin was speeding through lights and swerving through traffic. Adrenaline was rushing through his veins. Robin drove to a dirt track. Robin made the car soar over hills and made donuts.
“KF how long have we’ve been driving?” Robin asked but KF didn’t answer because he was to busy yelling.
“YEAH! DUH NUH NUH NUH NUH BATMAN!”
Robin was having fun and everything but it was time to go. He made one mais donut and started driving back.
“Aw” KF whined.
“Sorry but one of us has to be responsible and it seems me the thirteen ano old has to be even though you are sixteen”. Wally got mad at that comment. He grabbed the wheel.
“Hey, what are you doing?” Robin yelled.
“Well since I’m the sixteen ano old I think I should drive”
“You don’t know how” Robin yelled. The two were to busy fighting over the steering wheel to notice the parked car they were about to hit in three, two, one, CRASH. The force made them stop fighting.
“Oh Man!” KF yelled.
“Oh no, oh no, no, no, no, no” Robin said. He was about to get out of the car when KF grabbed his shoulder.
“Drive” He commanded.
“What?”
“Drive. Now”
“But that would a hit and run” Robin said. KF pushed his foot on topo, início of Robin’s making the car drive. They maneuvered through traffic, passing red lights. They left a trail of cars honking at them. They accidentally got into the freeway.
“This is too whelming for me” Robin admitted. KF still had the wheel.
“Okay we’ll just drive back to the theater” KF started saying but Robin yelled pointing in front of them. KF turned and saw that they were on the wrong side of the ride driving straight into a truck. They both screamed bracing themselves for impact. Suddenly the car swerved out of the way. They both slowly opened they’re eyes.
“How did you do that?” KF asked.
“That wasn’t me” Robin said pointing to the steering that was moving on its own.
“Did someone hack it or something?” KF asked
“That’s impossible. The only person who can control the car is. Batman” He said grimly.
“Oh Crab” they said simultaneously.
After the car drove through traffic it parked in front of the abandoned theater. They stayed silent. They could hear footsteps coming toward the car. They both shared a look then rushed to lock the doors. Suddenly there was a knock on Robin’s window.
“Don’t answer it” KF whispered. The window went down.
“Dude” KF exclaimed.
“It wasn’t me it was” Robin whispered but then his mentor’s face appeared.
“Batman!” Robin said greeting him. batman stared at them.
“Hey Batman, nice seeing you” Robin said. batman remained silent.
“Hey, y-you look good. Have you been working out?” Robin said smiling trying to flatter him “you know mais then usually” He added.
“You are in so much trouble” batman finally said. Robin sighed and lowered his head.
“Well this seems like a mentor to protégé talk so I’ll just go” KF said turning to leave. He stopped when he saw Flash at his window.
“Nu-uh you aren’t going anywhere kid” Flash said.
“Kid Flash” KF mumbled
