Sierra Izabel Bowen was born to charlotte and Norman Bowen July 29.
Norman had past issues working with the League of Shadows.
He eventually was killed off por an unknown member por the Shadows.
charlotte told her daughter he had left her for a hooker in Japão named Jing, and now lives happily in Japão with Jing and their 2 kids.
For a while charlotte sent her fake birthday cards from him.
Eventually stopping leading Sierra to believe he stopped caring.
In the 4th grade Sierra got bullied por the school mean girl Tessa Fluba.
On a sunny dia at recess a moments after Tessa finished calling her... words ...it began hailing on Miss.Fluba.
The hail eventually got large another to render her unconscious.
After telling her mother of the indecent. She relocated them from estrela to Gotham City. And made her swear she'd never do it again.
Even though she wasn't exactly sure what she had done.
The truth was that Sierra had the same powers as her father and charlotte was worried she would be taking after him in mais then one way...
