*Hannah stared at Marcus, who she was still shocked hadn’t fired the gun. But she didn’t want to let him die. But the sheer thought made her panic. She had to do something. But she couldn’t help but hesitate. She remained still, even with thoughts of grabbing the gun still fresh in her mind. Yet as she hesitated, Marcus put the gun down, and placed it into his holster, and stared the creature dead in the face, trying his best not to show any fear, yet deep down, he has never been mais horrified in his entire life. He spoke to the creature.*
Marcus: Dennis Laneley… It’s exactly who I expect. I know what you did. You were a drug dealer. You sold drugs to whoever you had to sell them to. Even kids. I didn’t have any regrets for killing you. It’s not you I have guilt towards… It’s your own family
*The creature, its scissors still clipping madly as it got closer, suddenly stopped, along with the clipping of the scissors. It was completely still, not moving an inch.*
Marcus: You had a family too. A wife, a kid. You didn’t want to work a real job. Or rather, you couldn’t work a real job. You had to do what you could to get by. But the moment I saw you, the man who drugged those three kids, ruined their lives, I only saw red. And then you reached into your pocket, and I gunned you down. You must’ve known you were gonna die that knight, when I saw you pulled out a photograph of your own kid. That kid… His blond hair… His blue eyes… And I killed his dad. Only when I gunned you down, did I suddenly realize my mistake. That picture has been haunting me forever. What I did to you, I don’t care. But what I did to that kid, I became no better than you. I took his father away from him. But I became worse than a criminal. I became a murderer. The force can call it what they want, it was murder, goddamnit! There’s no other way to describe it!
*The creature stared at Marcus, not even moving, before turning around slowly, dropping the scissors to the ground. The creature slowly dragged itself to the other end of the room, before turning back to the two. As it stared at them, it’s upper chest exploded in a hole of blood, and then another shot struck it, like bullets striking it’s body. The creature fell back against the wall, before falling to the ground, limp. Marcus stared at the creature, before he fell back against the wall, breathing heavily. Hannah walked over to him, seeing the fear he had in his eyes.*
Hannah: Officer Marcus, are you okay?
Marcus: No, Hannah. I’m not. I’m a murderer, and I ruined that poor boys life. I destroyed their family
Hannah: You didn’t know that it was your fault
Marcus: I should’ve known, though. I should’ve! I should’ve kept my cool and took him in. He wasn’t going to retaliate. He didn’t even have a weapon on him! How can I still be a cop after what I did!?
Hannah: Marcus, you didn’t know-
Marcus: Please, Hannah! Don’t try to justify my actions. I’m a cop, and I’m the last person who should see and justification in murder
*Hannah looked down at Marcus, who had his hands on his knees, not sure what she could do to convince him otherwise.*
Hannah: Marcus, you are a police officer. You shouldn’t be behaving this way. You’re right, there’s no way to justify murder, but you did it to protect others. You had the town’s best interest in mind. You had your families best interests in mind. You couldn’t handle someone like that going around town. But if you want to make up for what you did, you can try to make this place a better place for that little kid. Sitting here, brooding about your mistakes, won’t solve that. You have to try and fix those mistakes, and learn from them to do better
*Marcus was silent, barely even breathing, before he stood up, and looked at Hannah, tears streaming down his face as he looked at her. He whipped the tears from his eyes, as he gave her a nod)
Marcus: Y-You’re right, Hannah. I can’t change what I’ve done, but I can continue to help those. And I want to try and make this town a peaceful place. And I’ll start with ending those murders. And I’ll do what I can to make it up to that child. I won’t let this guilt burden me any longer. I have to mover on.
*As Marcus spoke of it, he clutched his chest, groaning in pain, as the borboleta that Hannah saw before began to crawl out of Marcus’ flesh, though it was squirming in what looked like agony. It pulled itself out of his flesh, before falling to the ground. It’s wings fell to pieces as it fell, before falling onto the ground, a wingless creature wiggling on the ground as it slowly died. Before either one could pergunta what they were looking at, the room they were in faded into total darkness.*

*Hannah’s eyes slowly opened, rather than shooting open like they usually had for the anterior nights. She looked around the room, trying to see what was going on. She was definitely back in her room. But she wasn’t sure if Marcus was saved. She had to make sure. If he was still alive, than this would be the very thing Hannah had needed. The breakthrough she needed and how she can save people.*

*Hannah walked around town, making her way to The Enigma, hoping to get some respostas from there. As she did so, she accidently ran into someone. She stumbled back a bit, before looking at who it was. It was a woman, about middle aged, with curly blonde hair, dressed in a fancy uniform with a pele, peles scarf and an expensive looking purse. No doubt, it was castanha Pines own “monarch”, Diana. Diana looked at Hannah with an annoyed expression.*
Diana: Watch where you’re going, you little brat!
Hannah: I-I’m sorry. I just didn’t notice-
Diana: Hmph! Didn’t notice! I figured as much. Rude kids like you are a plague on this town. Why did we ever allow you to be here
Hannah: E-Excuse me?
Diana: I swear, you’re just as bad as men.
Hannah: Why do you say that?
Diana: Oh, so now you pay attention to me? Because men are just horrid creatures, that’s why! Every man who takes an interest in me? They don’t do it because they amor me. They do it because they want a one night stand, some money, and before I know it, they’re gone the seguinte morning. It’s why I do so amor seeing their lives ruined. Sometimes, they are arrested for stealing. Other times, I find them on the news, killed in a car accident. Just hearing that those bastards had those misfortunes brings me such joy. Listen well, girly. No man is worth it. If you want to get por in life, you use people. Now, if you’ll excuse me.
*Before Hannah could even comprehend any of what Diana just said, she was already making her way down the street. But as Hannah stared at her, her dress exposing a portion of her back, she could see something on there. And sure enough, it was another borboleta wing. Hannah knew she saw that before, and if her hunch was correct, than she knows what she has to do. Without another word, she hurried to The Enigma.*

*Fear was playing darts once again, Hate and Sorrow drinking at the bar in total silence. The darts struck the bullseye each time, but only a bored sigh came from Fear, as he turned to the other two.*
Fear: You guys, if you don’t even bother playing and just spend all your time drinking, what fun is that?!
*Before either one could answer, Hannah rushed inside, panting heavily, as she walked in.*
Fear: Ah, our dearest Hannah. How may we-
*Hannah, still panting, sat at the bar.*
Hannah: M-Marcus. H-He didn’t die in the dream. Is he… okay?!
Fear: Marcus? You mean the man in the blue uniform? As a matter of fact, he is. No body was found today, and today was meant to be another death. So, I think you did it, Hannah. Sure, those people may be confused, and may just pass things off as being a dream, but I promise you, they are saved from the dream. They won’t have those nightmares ever again.
Hannah: That’s good. So I just need to keep this up. Don’t attack them. Just let the victim deal with the problem…
*One comment from Fear got to Hannah. She turned to them to ask them another question.*
Hannah: Wait, if they survive the dream, they won’t have the nightmares again? But I’ve survived those dreams at least three times now. Why is it that I’m still there?
Fear: I don’t know. Perhaps you still have some guilt. Some perguntas that you still have inside you, and this is the only way to find those answers. And we know that nobody is going to save you, Hannah. You’ll just have to save yourself, or die trying.
*Those words haunted Hannah. What he said about having perguntas inside of her, perguntas even she didn’t know he had. But there were perguntas she did have relating to all of this? What causes the nightmares? When will they stop? And is there someone involved with these nightmares. Regardless of her thoughts, she had to ignore them. At least for now. She had to be prepared for the seguinte night she would return to the dreams.*

*Hannah was walking to school, holding an umbrella over her head. It was raining again. Her thoughts kept going back to the many perguntas she had about all of this. What is the cause of these nightmares? What kind of guilt does Diana have deep inside. What kind of guilt did Wendy have and how does this Deetz person connect to that? As she was walking, she heard someone calling out to her from behind. She turned to see Marcus, in a mais appropriate plastic-like uniform to keep him dry from the rain.*
Marcus: Hello, Ms. Asher. How are you doing today?
Hannah: I’m doing good, Officer Marcus
Marcus: Good, good
*The atmosphere had grown awkward fast. Hannah wanted to tell Marcus about the dreams, about what he had witnessed, but she would rather not worry him. She would rather he just think of it all as a dream and nothing else. Marcus cleared his throat and spoke again.*
Marcus: Hannah, have you seen your friend Rebecca recently
*Hannah then noticed that she hadn’t heard from her. It was a little worrying. But if she was in danger or had any guilt, she would have at least seen her in the nightmares already. At least she hoped so. Hannah texted Rebecca, and continued to on her way to school.*

*Hannah sat in Franklin’s class, trying her best to get ahold of Rebecca, hoping that it would be of some use, but she started to get worried now. She kept texting her phone from underneath her notebook as Franklin continued his lecture. Hannah stared down at the phone, trying to get an answer. As she stared at the phone, a small set of three dots appeared on the phone, a sign that Rebecca was texting back. Hannah waited for a response, this time, not being so subtle to hide the phone. As she looked at the phone, the text read, “Sorry. Can’t talk right now”. Before Hannah could pergunta this, a loud “Ahem” could be heard in front of her. Hannah looked up to see Franklin staring at her, his arms crossed.*
Franklin: Now Ms. Asher, I understand how you feel about the lecture. Personally, I think Shakespeare is pretty overrated. But I’d hate to see you fail because of your lack of interest. Please, Ms. Asher, we’ll suffer together if that helps
*Franklin gave a light chuckle to himself at his little joke. Hannah put her phone in her pocket, looking a little embarrassed. She nodded and kept her eyes forward. However, despite this, she still wasn’t sure of what to make of Rebecca’s text.*

*Hannah stepped into her house, still texting Rebecca. She asked her what was going on, to which Rebecca replied that a lot has been going on a the house recently. Hannah wanted to know mais about it, but decided to leave it be. Hannah texted Rebecca, saying she wanted to see her tomorrow. A few minutos passed before Rebecca responded with, “Sure”. With that cleared, Hannah gave a sigh of relief. She set her phone down and made her way upstairs. As she was, Drew spoke out to her.*
Drew: Hannah, are you okay?
Hannah: Huh? Oh, y-yeah, dad. Don’t worry
Drew: Are you sure? You’ve been going to your bedroom so many times since those murders have been going on. You aren’t depressed, are you?
Hannah: I’m a little sad, but not depressed, exactly?
Drew: Well, just let me know if anything bothers you, okay sweetie?
Hannah: Okay, dad. Thanks
*Another brief conversation with little to no eye contact. Hannah shrugged it off and made her way to her bedroom. She had a feeling that another night ahead of her.*

Diana: (She stepped out of her bathroom, letting the steam from her bath escape out into her room. She finished drying her hair with a towel, stepping out in a bathrobe. She put slippers on her feet, and began to comb her hair. She stared herself in the mirror, examining her wrinkles, wondering how she could fix those. She gave a heavy sigh as she fell onto the bed, covering her eyes with her left arm. She rested there for a second, before she felt a cold air all around her. She lifted her arm to see that her room had become a rotted hell. She shot right back up, and got off the bed, the mere sight of the place making her feel disgusted. Her eyes shot from one end of the room to the other. She didn’t know what was going on and she just wanted to know how to escape from it. As she tried to find a way out, a sound came from down the hall. She peeked her head out the door frame, to see that the halls of her house had expanded to become a long path down to a single room, shining a deep, purple light. And from the end of the hall, a voice was whispering Diana’s name.*

*Hannah was in the nightmares again, carrying her baseball bat and following behind the borboleta that lead her to Marcus last time. Hannah had a plan this time. A plan to save as much people as she could. She didn’t know how long these dreams would last. She never thought about what would happen if they never ended. But she didn't want to think about that. Not right now, at least. Right now, her only thought was finding Diana and saving her. Hannah continued to follow the butterfly, before stopping to see where it had lead her. A large house, about three stories, with what was once a lively garden, but now filled with wilted flores and rotted veins. Hannah made her way into the house, only to find it being far mais large on the inside than the outside. But the most noticeable thing was the creatures inside. These monsters, some of them nurses, others maides. They all had feminine bodies, their skirts far too short, showing off their undergarments. Their uniforms were unbuttoned to show as much cleavage as possible, their large breasts just slightly exposed. But it was the faces that grabbed Hannah’s attention, or rather, the lack of. Their heads were nothing but a dark void, dripping with a black, blood-like liquid. The creatures made slight gurgling noises as they walked around. They didn’t seem to be hostile towards Hannah, but the mere sight of them were enough to make Hannah feel ill. They looked in her direction when she passed por them, but nothing else. They simply stared, long and hard, before returning to their business of stumbling about.*
*Hannah slowly walked up the stairs, her sight not leaving the creatures below. But, as she continued to mover up the stairs, the sounds of screams could be heard. Hannah could guess that it was from Diana. As the screams reverb came down the hall, the creatures below gave a horrifying howling sound, before snapping their heads toward Hannah, and this time, with a mais hostile stance. They stumbled their way towards her, about five of them coming toward her. Hannah began to panic, and she rushed up the stairs, the creatures stumbling behind her, yet appearing to catch up as she did. Hannah knew that running straight down the hall wouldn’t work, so she ran into the room to the side and slammed the door. She moved to the small mesa, tabela seguinte to it and pushed it in front of the door. Hannah needed a plan. She couldn’t stay in here for too long. If she did, she’d be wasting her time. She searched the drawers, throwing them out of the dressers in hopes of finding something to help her. Nothing. She checked under the bed, hoping that there would be something. She saw a small box underneath. She pulled it out and opened it, thankful that it wasn’t locked. Inside the box was a handgun, a ready clip of ten bullets inside of it, and seguinte to it was a small bag of at least fifteen bullets. Hannah had never fired a gun in her life, but she knew that she needed to learn. The door began to break away as the creatures started to burst through. Hannah rushed to the opposite end of the room, holding the gun in both of her hands, aiming it at the door. As a hole was visible to her, she took aim and fired at the hole, striking one of the creatures in the shoulder, a loud screech could be heard. She fired again, striking one in the head, and causing it to fall down. The knockback from the handgun was enough to almost send Hannah back herself, but she kept her stance and fired again, striking another in the head. She had to shoot one two times to get them. Another two to get the other. The last one, began to break through the door, and was crawling over the table. Hannah took her baseball bat in her hand and swung it at the creature, taking it’s chance at being open as a chance to strike, hitting the creature in the head, killing it in one hit. Hannah began to breath heavily, just the thought of these creatures crawling in to get to her making her feel ill. But she brushed it off for now. She pushed the mesa, tabela out of the way and made her way back into the hall.*
*Hannah maneuvered over the four corpses outside the door and made her way down the long hallway. The deep purple color that was down there was starting to illuminate the area around her. Hannah slowly opened the door, to see Diana, still alive, but in a state of shock. And in front of her, an abomination far worse than the one she saw before. It was a large centopéia, centopeia like creature, with a female’s body at the topo, início part. The woman’s face was even mais blackened than the other creatures, her naked body exposed, it’s bare breasts exposed, as well as it’s vagina, the legs stopping to connect to the many disgusting, slim coated legs that the centopéia, centopeia side had. The creatures blackened face was lined with rows of sharp teeth, and in the creatures embrace was what looked like another creature, a shriveled being with it’s lower half twisted, as if it’s legs were wrapped around one another in a twist, it’s face a shriveled brown, it’s eyes and mouth empty, yet breathing heavily, as if in agony. Diana’s eyes stared at the creature in the monster’s embrace. Hannah thought the creature before her was the beast that was plaguing Diana’s thoughts, but instead, it was the one in the creatures arms. Hannah knew what she had to do. She took the gun in her hands and aimed at the centopéia, centopeia creature, and fired, hitting the creature in the face. The pain from the bullets caused the centopéia, centopeia creature to drop the shriveled creature, and then, directed its attention to Hannah. The centopéia, centopeia creature scurried toward Hannah, as she tried to reload the gun with ten mais bullets. As she was able to get the gun reloaded, she fell back as the centopéia, centopeia creature swung it’s sharp legs at her, slicing her shoulder, ripping a piece of her clothing from her shoulder and slicing through her flesh. The pain was intense. The pain was real. Hannah knew that she had to be careful, and that she can still die here. She took aim at the creature again and fired mais bullets into it. She was ready to unload the entire clip into it, but she had to make sure not to waste too much ammo. She only had fifteen mais bullets. One shot. Two shots. Three. The creature was in agony now, and was slowly dragging itself toward Hannah. Four. Five. Hannah wanted to make sure that the creature wasn’t dead. It’s body was convulsing, but nothing other than that. Six. The creature, still convulsing, didn’t mover when shot once more. It remained still, suffering in silence, no longer able to mover as a tar-like liquid seeped from the hole in its face. Nine bullets were all that Hannah had left in the gun. She fell against the wall, clutching her shoulder and panting. This creature- This centipede- was nothing like the other creatures. This was a creature of pure hate and evil. And it used that hate to strike. As Hannah sat still, she noticed that her bat was no longer on the ground. She looked at Diana, seeing the bat in her hands. She stood in front of the shriveled creature. It didn’t crawl toward her, it didn’t try to attack her, it didn’t try anything. It sat there, taking deep breaths from it’s mouth, as if it was suffering in silence. Diana stared at the creature, hateful tears welling up in her eyes. She raised the bat over her head, ready to strike. Hannah saw this, and was ready to get up. She didn’t know if this was the right thing to do. But a part of her wasn’t sure. This was a creature. An abomination from the dream. There is no doubt about that. And she didn’t know if this was part of Diana’s guilt or not. But the creature had no hostile intent toward anyone. It didn’t even look like it could attack. And Marcus was able to survive his encounter and accept his guilt without attacking once. Was it different for Diana? What should Hannah do?*
