Who helped Hawkfrost set the raposa trap for Firestar.

**SPOILERS!** It was Ashfur. He says he did on page 274 of Long Shadows. Here are his excat words : "Who do think sent Firestar the message to go down to the lake, where the raposa trap was? I wanted him to die, to take your father away so you'd know the real meaning of pain."

Uh (Just guessing)- Billy Bob Joe from down the lane? Ya, Ashfur didn't set the trap (No opposable thumbs) he just had Firestar go down to the lake. A task a creature without thumbs can do.

no one helped hawkfrost set it. it was set por trappers but hawkfrost used the trap set por hunters to attempt to kill Firestar.

*SPOILERS* Well Hawkfrost didn't really SET the trap, Twolegs did, but he and Ashfur tricked him into getting stuck! :( Poor Firestar! :( Well anyway thats who helped him do it!

Ashfur did. He told Birchpaw to tell Firestar that Blackstar needed him, and then Firestar got caught in the raposa trap.

Ashfur. Hawkfrost may have luerd Brambleclaw to the crime scene, but that crow-food eating, *beep beep* Ashfur is worse than Hawkfrost any day.

The answer is in Long Shadows. Hawkfrost befriended Ashfur at a Gathering probably. Hawkfrost found the trap and let Ashfur in on what was going on. Ashfur took part in it por luring Firestar to the trap.

It was not Ashfur. Actually, it was Birchpaw. Ashfur told Birchpaw to do it, so Birchpaw was doing the bad without knowing it.

Ashfur is the one who helped Hawkfrost set a trap for Firestar. Reasons:
1. He hates Brambleclaw and wants Squirrelflight to be angry at him.
2. He wants Squirrelflight to feel the pain of losing a loved one that he felt when Squirrelflight left him.
And 3. Firestar said: "Birchpaw told me... Blackstar waiting on our territory... Had to come alone." and Birchpaw is Ashfur's apprentice.
