She will begin a journey of fighting vampires, demons, werewolves, zombies, stopping pending apocalypses, falling in and out of love, and her most daunting task will be surviving high school.

She won't be alone on this strange ride tho, she will be joined by Rupert Giles, the school librarian who has been chosen as her trainer, guardian, and a father figure. Willow Rosenberg, a brainy nerdy girl that will become her best friend and confident, and also by Alexander Harris, a nerd and a loser in Sunnydale High, yet their bond will be stronger than all the forces from hell combined. Many more will join Buffy's quest as well.

The show is amazingly written, fast paced, funny with a sardonic sens of humor while maintaining its thrilling, emotional, sometimes horror movie-like spirit... It deals amazingly great with real life issues like friendship, bonding, bullying, love, lost, death, addiction, sex, family...

It is considered one of The 50 Greatest TV Shows for a reason, it is nothing shorter than amazing.

Whether you watch it when it first aired or you watch it now, you won't be able to stop watching it from the beginning to the very end. An emotional roller coaster filled with supernatural beings and more than a half a dozen apocalypse-like events, that is designed to keep you at the end of your sit every single episode.

There are no words to express how highly, highly I recommend it.
