*Jacob's POV*
Climbing off my bike,I went to open the Cullens' front door,but Edward opened it just as I was about to push it open. He gave me nod and allowed me in.
"Daddy!!!" I smiled happily as Granite hopped into my arms. It's been a week since she was born,and she was already five years old. She's adapting faster than Ness had because she still had werewolf blood in her.
"Hey princess! Where's your mother?" She pointed to the living room where Ness was sitting with Bella and Blondie on the couch. Alice came in a few minutos later with a cup of-I have no clue.
"She's developing faster than I thought." Ness whispered after I pecked her on the lips. It became an awkward silence until I felt extreme heat coming off Granite. She started whimpering in pain making my eyes widen.
"CARLISLE!!!" Bells screamed jumping from her spot on the sofá and dragging him in here. Carlisle saw Granite squirming and crying in pain and covered his mouth with his hand.
"This can't ..." He muttered. Renesmee took our daughter from my hands and began rocking her back and forth. "What's happening to my daughter?!" She practically yelled at her grandfather.
"The werewolf transformation... it's happening." I said just before Granite began to scream in pain. It hurt me too much to see her like this. I began to rub my arms and shook in fear. Edward put a hand on my shoulder and gave me an assuring look.
"Make it stop!" Granite sobbed. I bit my lip to prevent from crying myself. Suddenly,the crying stopped to just soft sniffles. I looked and saw Granite asleep in her mother's arms. Carlisle took me,Edward,Bella,and Ness into the kitchen,leaving Gran with her aunts and uncles.
"This is worse than I thought. Since there's both werewolf and vampire blood going through her veins,she'll be growing five times as fast. I wouldn't be surprised if she turned ten por the end of this week." He explained. Ness had tears sliding down her face making me grab her and pull her into my arms.
"So... she'll probably be turning into a werewolf now and then thanks to the transformation?" Bella questioned. Carlisle shook his head and said,"Only when she's angry enough. But no tattoo or anything like Jake has Will happen. Definitely not."
Good. I wasn't about to have a mark imprinted into my daughter's skin. The floor creaked as Alice and Jasper entered the room.
"It's Granite. You have to see this!" Alice smiled. We all quickly followed her into the living room where Granite was hugging Blondie and Emmett squealing her beautiful face off.
"I found my power,mommy!" She giggled,hugging Ness around the waist. She went to the middle of the room to show us. She closed her eyes tightly before her body started to form. It stopped when she looked like a complete replica of her mother.
"Her power is to shape shift." Alice informed us. Gran turned back to her regular self and smiled proudly. I scooped her up in my arms and kissed her forehead. My perfect daughter...
