Prologue

I knew what had to be done. I knew I would regret this. She was my best and only friend. I hope she wouldn’t regret any of this or hate me at all. I just don’t want her to have this job and no home, but I wasn’t sure if I could live with a human in my house. I looked into her eyes to think of a way to word this. I opened my mouth and it all blurted out, “ Erin, I’m a vampire.”

Climbing off my bike,I went to open the Cullens' front door,but Edward opened it just as I was about to push it open. He gave me nod and allowed me in.
"Daddy!!!" I smiled happily as Granite hopped into my arms. It's been a week since she was born,and she was already five years old. She's adapting faster than Ness had because she still had werewolf blood in her.
"Hey princess! Where's your mother?" She pointed to the living room where Ness was sitting with Bella and Blondie on the couch. Alice came in a few minutos later with a cup of-I have no clue.
"She's developing faster...
