I've heard about lots of fãs who are in their twenties. And, I can't be sure, but on plenty of interviews I've watched, lots of the fãs look to be older teens or in their twenties. And there are quite a few fãs in their twenties right here on fanpop I think, which I'm glad about because at first I was worried that at 19 I was older than most of the fanpoppers =/ but clearly I'm not an old fogey.
You can't always go por the age range something is 'aimed' at, or what people think is the majority - Harry Potter has huge fãs in their twenties, thirties, and forties. And Hannah Montana has fãs in their twenties! and these are supposedly for young kids.
