If you've read, or heard about the Twilight Official Illustrated Guide, What did you think about this? (cant say because it might be a spoiler...)

about Edward killing off Esme's [Insert curse word here] Ex husband?
I personally liked the fact of Esme getting a little revenge, even if it wasn't direct. What do you think? What do you think Esme thought of it?
What about Carlisle?
