what would happen to bella if she had picked jacob

If Bella fell in amor with Jacob instead of Edward, I bet she'd be able to get over Edward, but with some difficulty. She spent four months in depression. She may be able to amor Jacob for some time without thinking of Edward, but she's never gonna be able to get over the fact that he left her.
