Release me errors? It seems to me like there were some anomalies in S02E07.

Hoyt should not have been as old as 28. Maybe 22 or 23.It is hard to believe that he is that old and still under his mother's thumb. And why did the Fellowship of the Sun act so surprised to hear about Jason being Sookie's brother? After all he did tell them that he had a sister who was involved with a vampire.

I think that first, they had to make Hoyt that old because he was Jason's friend from school. Plus, that would be about the age that he was in the book. You have to remember how old Sookie is, and Jason is older than her. Second, the fellowship might have assumed that he was from a different Stackhouse family.

So the leader (whose name I can't remember right now) thought he just caught Jason, when really they haven't even talked to each other in forever. (Which I also find strange.. doesn't Sookie wonder where her brother is? Guess she's too busy to notice)

Jason made up a fake name for the camp he was going to as not to worry Sookie or for Sookie not to stop him because he felt like that this was his calling.

Yes, Jason told her he was going to a church camp, but I think he told her it was a Baptist camp. Maybe... He didn't make up a fake name for the camp. That's why Steve knew that Sookie was his sister when he found out her name.
