Sophie looked out the window, it was pouring. The rain again. She just sat there, watching the rain for hours, in complete silence. Owen looked at Sophie, "she looks so....depressed" Owen wispered to Seiamica. "Do you know why she does this every time it rains?". "I don't know" said Seiamica. Cody was in the other room, playing video games, but he would stop every once in a while and stare at the rain. "What the heck is going on with those two" said Tonya. "I know" said JG and Shawni.

It was a rainy dia when Cody and Sophie were younger. Them and there big brother were playing ball at their grandma's house, in the street. the whole place was surrounded por a milho field. Then it started to rain. Miles away, a tanker truck driver had fallen asleep in his truck, and now, it was spinning out of control. Sophie, Cody and their older brother were playing happily, when they saw the tanker truck going right at them!

Sophie and Cody ran into the milho field on the side of them and tumbled down a colina that was behind it, but, thanks to the rain, their older brother had slipped on a puddle, right in the middle of the road. The tanker hit their brother, and when they crawled up the colina and out of the milho field, they saw that their brother was dead.

They blamed the rain, If it wern't for the rain, he would't have slipped, and got hit and died. Now, when ever they see rain, they just stare back into their memories.
