Where do you make your OC's at?

Gimp and photoshop ans paintnet simple

I draw mine por hand usually and then scan them into the computer and line/colour in Sai, Paint.NET or Xara depending on the drawing.

Some times I draw directly into sai with my tablet though ^^

MS Paint

the old original ms paint....if i want some effects then i'll use gimp....but rarely its usually ms paint...yeah i know fail XDD

I use paint.net go to the website paint.net and open a tab on how to download it because it tricks you with 45 different downloads so procurar how to download it on google or YouTube and have fun if you download it
