Is Adam Related to Hilary Duff ?

Just woundering as well in the movie ( Raise your voice ) Three days grace are in that por the way and Hilary Duff and Adams mother is called Patricia Duffy so are they related in some way ? like cousins or something p.s i know about his other cousin cale lol being in art of dying :D
