When it was the Rai or 4kids version I loved both equally because they didn't censor some things like nick does; but the comics are way different from the show which is why I love them. The show is sweet but the comics are different, funny, sweet, sad, and unique. Each comic is different because they are adventures not shown on the show. Also they show that Flora and Helia also have their fair share of fights, breakups and drama.

I like both. The show shows good attributes that kids watching could live by. I.E: bravery, friendship, love and working together. But I like the comics because they tend to branch off from what the show would normally do, and make things happen (plot wise) that would never be considered "canon" in the show. Icy was given a boyfriend in the comics [Darko] and I was glad to see that they were giving a baddy a true love interest. They also dive more into the parents and relationships of the girls. Tecna's father is revealed to be pushy and demanding; someone who doesn't approve of Timmy, he trying to push them apart because he doesn't agree with the decision Tecna has made. The comics, like Princess-Flora said, tend to delve into the more mature aspects of the fandom than the show would—and I like that a lot.
