Everyone gathered at the palace on Sunday afternoon. It was March first, it would have been her 23rd birthday, but she will remain 22 forever. Even though all the realms were about to go into war in a mês after each realm had a training camp for their soldiers, they all came together to say goodbye to the late guardian fairy of Linphea. Her friends and family all sat together in the front row as people from different realms, schools across the Magix dimension and anyone who knew Flora during her short 22 years. Each of her closest friends brought an item that reminded them of one of their favorito times spent with her. Savannah had her colar from the segundo nationals she won being co-captain with her sister. Garrett had a fotografia of his first homecoming with Savannah because if it wasn’t for Flora they two would have never ended up together. Brandon had a charm bracelet that belonged to their mom that was the last piece of jewelry she bought for her but never got the chance to give to her. Stella had a small crown that Flora helped her win por spending countless hours picking out outfits for the pageant. Helia had the poem he gave to her on the night he proposed. Bloom had the page of her diary that she wrote on her roommate. Sky had a pearl flor comb that he picked out for Diaspro when they were still dating with Flora’s help, but that relationship ended before freshmen ano so Diaspro never got it. Timmy had a fotografia copy of what Flora wrote in his yearbook since most people during their middle school years weren’t so friendly to him because of him being a nerd, but she ignored it and pushed past the prejudice just to befriend him. Aaron had a picture of his brother, the twins and their parents probably about 10 ano atrás the last time his family was whole. Roxy had a small charm that Flora gave her when she joined the club, but without her it was too painful to look at.     As the ceremony proceeded trickles of tears became rivers that became waterfalls. Every person knew this dia shouldn’t have come this early, yet it did and there was no way to bring her back because her soul had already moved on even though her presence still lingered in the air. One thing for sure was she would never leave the people who had been the rock for her after her mom and dad died; now she was their rock even when she was the one her friends were mourning over. When her casket was lowered into the ground and her friends grabbed a handful of dirt to pour over the box that would contain their best friend forever, it was the moment everyone realized she was gone for good. It broke them and it was the first goodbye they all had to say; but, it was easier for them not to say anything at all because goodbye means the end and no wants the end to come so silence sometimes just speaks for itself. With that everyone left and once the dirt was replaced and everyone headed home, the clouds cried along with the rest of the people for the death of a nature fairy that would stay 22 forever. She would never grow old, be able to go to her high school reunion, be able to know the feeling of being a mother, the feeling of being able to accomplish everything she wanted to do and most of all be able to feel the warmth that radiates his skin in their embrace because a coração was shatter on the floor with the sound of glass breaking under her tires as it spun off the road three days ago.

    Everyone packed up their suitcases to head to a new home. The Winx and Krystal were going to Earth to be seguro from the war, and their husbands and brothers were heading off to train for the war ahead of them. No one spoke any words because they just lost a friend and didn’t want to think of saying goodbye; but, like the last time the goodbye remained unspoken. As the families dividido, dividir for the time everyone knew someone would most likely be reunited with their late friend, so as each person walked off one por one, tears were shed for every goodbye that remained unspoken and would have to be spoken in the future. So the couples embraced for the last time before the Great Realms war and said we’ll see each other again someday as the tears rolled down their cheeks like morning dew rolls off a flor petal; because, sometimes it was easier to say nothing at all than to say goodbye.
