Premium cable network Starz has officially commissioned
, based on best-selling author Philippa Gregory’s novel of the same name. The novel follows the story of Princess Elizabeth of York, daughter of
Elizabeth Woodville, and focuses on her marriage to Henry Tudor (King Henry VIII), which included the birth of multiple children, several rebellions and various other dramatic incidents.

No word yet on whether any of original cast will be returning for this sequel, though several fan favorites (Aneurin Barnard, Max Irons, Faye Marsay, Janet McTeer) are all out of the running by virtue of the fact that their historical counterparts are all dead at this point in the story.
