It ruined Damon(and Delena) so I was not too pleased with that. But overall it was a very impressive episode.

How did it ruin Delena? I thought this was a heartbreaking yet brilliant episode for Delena. Damon did something unforgiveable and it means that although Delena have taken a lot of steps forward, they have now gone back about 100 steps. Something like this will always happen with Delena because it's DELENA. They are about angst; I doubt that they will ever be on solid ground for a long space of time - we have Stelena for that.

As Katherine said - "You hate me, huh? That sounds like the beginning of a love story Stefan, not the end of one."

And what did Elena say sometime afterwards to Stefan about Damon? - "I hate him, Stefan!"

Besides, it's already been said by JP/KW that Damon will become a father figure to Jeremy, therefore we know there is going to be room for recovery. Damon has along way to gain back Elena's trust though. Lets just enjoy the ride:D

^I agree with that, but like you said it was 100 steps backwards. I don't see how basically killing her brother can be forgiven by any action he takes. If someone did that to my brother i would never forgive them. I just don't see how Damon can ever make up for what he did. This wasn't just some stranger...it was her brother. But they will eventually happen so i'm looking forward to seeing how and why Elena will forgive him. Love Delena :)
