Honestly, I love how she's being so selfless, I just really disagree. Besides Damon & Stefan wouldn't let her do that. Especially Damon! He'd DIE before he let anything happen to her. They both would. <-- Elijah's words, not mine :)

They can't kill off Elena because she is the main character of the show - unless they plan to bring her back a vampire or something, but that would be waaay to soon and far too rushed.

honestly although her reasons are admirable...i think that the real pressing situation is that if the curse thing is broken by vampires and then what would happen to the world...so far everyone is just thinking about saving elena, or elena is just thinking about saving all her friends. even though they all have selfless reasons, ultimately its truly selfish.

i dont want her to die. and she wont. she is gonna end up being a vampire. lol. but if i was her i would die before i let the people i love get hurt just because of me.

The show obviously needs her and I like her so I don't want her to die... but I also understand that she wants to sacrifice herself for her family and loved ones, if I was in her place I'd do the same.

I think she has the right idea, I mean I would do the same. It shows how strog she really is, and how much she cares about everyone. But I Do Not want her to die! I love Elena, and the show would be nothing without her. Besides then Delena could never happen </3
