C'mon Madi!" Your best friend Two-bit let go of your hand as he tried to get closer to the entrance of the carnival. "Two-bit!" You try to scan the area around you to find him as you feel someone cover your eyes. "Guess who!" You hear that familiar voice say from behind you. "What the hell?" You ask fake pouting. "Aww come on cutie. You know I'm just teasin' ya." He gives you a one-armed hug. "I know." you smile. "Let's go!" You guys push through people to get to the front. Once you get your tickets you head straight for a baseball throwing stand. "I'm gonna get you that gigantic Mickey right there." He says handing the girl who worked there one dollar. She hands him a ball and he misses. "Dammit. I'm goin again." "You really don't have to." You tell him even though you kinda want it. He gave her another dollar and the ball went in on the far left one. She hands us a small Mickey and Minnie. "It's not the big one but it's somethin'." He says handin' me Mickey and Minnie. "Keep the Minnie. It'll remind you of me." You say handing it back to Two-bit. "And Mickey will remind me of you, and the dia you became my boyfriend." You say with a smirk on your face. "Well that's just dandy because I was gonna ask you if you wanted to be my girl." He says with a gigantic smile on his face. "Then ask me Two!" "Alright, Mads, will you be my girl?" "Of course!" You shout causing a few looks from other people but you didn't care. You hug your new boyfriend and give him a sweet peck on the lips.
You smiled at him, waiting for him to continue. He grabbed your hand. “I thought it’d be the coolest thing to be a train. I don’t even know why. Maybe because they’re always moving, they’re big, I don’t know.” He shrugs his shoulders.
“But as I got older, I realized I was like a train. Always pushing forward, no turning around of anything. From the looks of it, my train was going to end me up in jail.” He stops walking at the track switch.
“(Y/N), you were like my track switch. My train was headed for nowhere till you came along. Now I see my train going somewhere, to a house, a family, a life.” He pauses. “And I wanted to say thank you.” He says quietly.
You just embrulho, envoltório your arms around him.
