Jolene Lakey

Eleven-year-old Jolene Lakey was last seen on August 26, 1986 in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Jolene was visiting her mom at Mercy Hospital and was walking towards her home. She was also planning to spend the night at a female friend's house on Myrtle Street. She was seen entering an unidentified light yellow car located approximately one block from her home.

A man named Frank Ostellanie is considered a suspect in her disappearance. Frank admitted that he knew Jolene and that she sometimes visited his auto shop and gave her rides home; however, he maintains his innocence in her disappearance. Since 1990, he has been incarcerated for kidnapping, raping and murdering a 9-year-old girl from Scranton.

Jolene's case is classified as an non-family abduction.
