Please bring Mufasa back from the dead!

For some reason, I always liked the idea of a TV show about Simba's childhood with Nala and Zazu, and getting to see more of his relationship with Mufasa (perhaps giving him lessons in how to be a good king, etc.) and also with Sarabi (since Simba's relationship with his own mother is barely explored in the movie).

That was just one of those things that I remember, as a kid, wishing it existed.

It would be a lot more interesting show than this lion guard crap. I like the Timon and Pumbaa show when I go off to school.

We've had more than enough of Timon and Pumbaa in The Lion King franchise. Besides, it's unlikely a TV show would really dive into Simba's psychee during that time and therefore it would just become more of those care-free, light-hearted pointless scenes that "The Lion King 1½" gives us. I would much rather get a better look into his early childhood and his bond with his mom and dad.
