ya, but the title is "Simba's pride", not "Simba". this is Kiara and Kovu's story, Simba is kinda secondary in LK2.. yes, he was the main protagonist in the first movie, yes, he is the lion king but look, in the ending there are 3 more lions roaring along with him :)

He's certainly the protagonist of the first film, but the sequel's storyline doesn't really follow him so much as his daughter. He is, however, still a prominent character throughout the film and, I think, the next biggest role after Kiara and Kovu.

Kiara is the protagonist in the second film, Kovu is the deuteragonist and Simba is the tritagonist.

Simba is the protagonist in the first film.
