Yes, in some countries The Lion King 1 1/2 is called The Lion King 3. My own copy is titled The Lion King 3 (I live in Australia), and when it first came out it was called The Lion King 3: Hakuna Matata.

But if you're wondering whether there is another sequel in addition to that one and The Lion King 2, then no, there aren't any mais sequels for now. And if they did make one, I don't know whether they would call it The Lion King 3 or 4, seeing as they've already used The Lion King 3 título in some countries.
