Fires and avalanches are hard to avoid if you're in the wrong place when they start, and freezing everyone to death was regarded as boring by the capitol people, and one of the worst years for the districts to watch too.

My thoughts with this was that it would be an open field, so there is no protection from the elements, so this would be so evil.

mutants scare me to death so im sure the game makers would probably have the most fun with them (can sum1 add acid rain and flooding/drowning 4 me plz, it wont let me)

They would slowly die... and know that they are dying! The worst kind of death is knowing that you are dying!

It would be funny to watch the tributes try to run away, then fall trip and be caught to their death. Heehee...jk...kinda. But in real life I wouldn't really do that...not in this era anyway...heehee...

They would get the smoke and the ash in their lungs and it would be hard for them to breath, then they would get tired or slow then probably burn.

I've been hit with hail before, it's not as bad as you would think. Of course, I wasn't pounded with it, either---as I just had to hop out of my mom's car and into the house real quick. And used a book as a shield, so my hand took the "damage". I'd hate to be buried under an avalanche. Or be burnt. But if I was a Gamemaker and not in the Games, I wouldn't care, would I? Kind of sad to think about.
