to think, the teenagers of this nation were annually exposed to a danger of being reaped to take part in the hunger games, which is almost a death sentence, their entire youth, the years of personality development being spent in, like, constant background fear. it makes for some deeply traumatized adults, i'd say. and that's only one of the reasons against wanting to live in panem.
so the answer is a big nope, obviously.
i won't really mind living in capitol, though :p

I love panem and if it means seeing peeta everyday then it's totally worth it!
