I would want thresh to win and Peeta would have died anyway if Katniss haden't found him by the river and gotten him medicine

Thresh would have won peeta didnt even kill anyone in the arena and wouldnt have lived if they hadnt said that two people from one district could win

Is there even a question? Thresh was at least half a foot taller than Peeta and incredibly strong. Peeta might be good at hand to hand combat, but I think Thresh would overpower him out of sheer strength.
