What do you think would be a cool arena idea for the Hunger Games?

I had a dream the other night that the arena was a building and in every room there was a different outdoor climate. Say one room would be a desert and another room would be a jungle, but the rooms aren't that big. Do you think thats a cool arena idea?

Like you said, in a building, but make it a school. The main circuit board could be the computer room, where whoever figures it out can monitor the whole building. The Coricoupia would be the cafeteria, and when the sprinklers go off, instead of water, the squirt acid that burns you skin, but doesn't kill you, just hurts like crap. And, if some stupid tribute decides to try to escape throught the 'Fire Exit', zombie teachers would attack them. Then, let the zombie-mutt-teachers roam the halls, maybe be able to unlock a few doors, because they ARE the teachers. And yes, I've thought about this A LOT.

Thats a really cool idea and the funny thing is that when I had the dream, the building was my school lol

Oh, just thought this. If a mutt-teacher reaches a tribute, the tribute doesn't die, just turns into a zombie also, but they can't turn you into a zombie, just eat you. So, in the end, the living tributes have to kill them off, because the are still technically living. And if the only remaining tribute is a zombie, the capitol would fix them back up in their uber-hospitals. Maybe give them a small reward for staying alive, even as a zombie.

I had that idea too :) The underground idea, not the toupeira rats. I would have it in like an underground cave. Then the Gamemakers could make the ceiling cave in or something.

yeah, I go with your answer. It would be a cool idea. There would be killer snow rabbits that would look so cute and delicate, but would be as fierce as a killer leopard.

A posh but creepy hotel
A zoo
A suburban street
A scrapyard

Or...a combination of all of them. That would be awesome.

The different rooms idea is cool, but since they didn't do a multi-environment arena for the segundo or third quarter quell, I doubt they'd do one for a normal games. Maybe they'd have considered that for the 100th games if they'd gotten that far.

Some ideas of mine:
1. An Arctic landscape, using polar urso mutts
2. Some sort of rundown cityscape. Not ruins, but like the bad part of a town or city.
3. Underground would be cool.
4. Desert is mentioned but not actually seen/described

Sure. I've thought about stuff like that! Maybe a deserted town. Also the cornucopia could be in like a building so tributes couldn't escape as easily. The buildings could be very old and some could collapse which might trap and/or kill a tribute. I've also considered just a giant really thick forest.
