so i finished the trilogy a few months ago, and ive been bookless since. Anybody got any suggestions for some good books?

i amor leitura so i have many many books. The first series I got interested in was Harry Potter (I read them from kindergarten to 4th grade and I still reread them). Another one of my favoritos is Twilight. I just read them but I'm not aloud to read that last one because it's kinda inappropriate, but the series is very well written. It's about a girl that moves to a small town and falls in amor with a vampire. I read the eragon series a few years atrás and the last one hasn't come out yet so I'm still waiting for that. eragon is about a 15 ano old farm boy that finds a dragon egg and becomes the last dragon rider. The Series of Unfortunate Events has only 100-200 pages but there's 13 books in the series so that kept me occupied. It's about three children that become orphans and go from house to house looking for a good início to live in. The Maximum Ride series is one of my favorites. I just read the first one for school as a summer leitura book and I fell in amor with them. It's about 6 children that were genetically changed to have wings when they were bebês and have to try and save the world. I hope this helped :)

well i lik the hush, hush series its good, its about this girl Nora who is a sophomore in high school who falls hard for a mysterious new boy in her sex-ed class. But strange things begin happening, and when she finds herself in danger she can't help but suspect him. She is stalked and then attacked por someone dressed in black and wearing a ski mask; her best friend Vee is attacked. Nora suspects two other boys they recently met, but her friend suspects Patch. Then there is the suspicious new therapist digging into Nora's life. When a homeless person is murdered while wearing Nora's casaco and her bedroom is ransacked, the danger escalates, but Nora can't avoid the feelings she has for Patch. As she learns mais about fallen anjos and a deviant race called the Nephilim, she gets closer to Patch and to unravelling the mystery.

I recommend The Host. It's my favorite. You'll find it a little mais romantic than HG but is that a bad thing? I like romance myself. Even if you don't like Twilight, you'll like The Host, I think.
One of the main characters, Melanie is a tough girl like Katniss. In a world invaded por aliens, she's trying to take care of her little brother like the way Katniss takes care of her sister and her mother. She's a survivor, too. I think you'll like her.

Okay since The Host and The Mortal Instruments series have both been said I'd suggest The Maze Runner. It is a great book. The seguinte one after that is The Scorch Trials. They are very good books.

Forest of Hands and Teeth series. It's really a good series [it's about zombies after all]. The sequel, Dead-Tossed Waves, is a lot better though.
And though it's mais adult and can be really complex, I suggest Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Once you get past the first couple of chapters, it really gets good.

The Fablehaven series. i myself haven't read them yet but my mom says she loves them and we have the same book taste.

I know this is a vampire book but try Vampire Academy.Trust me it is nothing like Twilight,more violence too!

I agree, Hush Hush is the best! I also like Fallen, which is about anjos too, and the Wicked Lovely Series :)

The Gallagher Girls Series is really good.The first book in the series is I'd Tell You I amor You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You ~
The story follows the young Cameron (Cammie) Ann Morgan, who attends Gallagher Academy For Exceptional Young Women, a school for very gifted girls(which is actually a school for spies in training). She faces her fourth ano of real spy training. While on her first mission required for the Covert Operations class, she meets Josh, a normal kid ,who notices her despite her reputation as a "pavement artist" — she does not tell him who she really is and where she goes to school
Then also theirs The Uglies series (It is short of like The Hunger Games)~

Before the operation they are known as "uglies," and after as "pretties." After the operation they live in New Pretty Town, enjoying a life of constant partying and pleasure. Tally can't wait.

When Shay runs away to cadastrar-se the Smoke, Tally is given a choice por the Specials, the secret police: help them find the Smoke and betray her friend, or remain an ugly forever.
