Who created this spot ?

Because there are a few among us who believe the banner should be changed :D And if the spot creator won't talk to us or maybe..he/she is no longer here..we can change it through another way. It has been done before..it's possible..but we will do that only after we know for sure we are not messing up with the spot's creator :)
