Why do you hate Kikyo so much?

Well I personally hate Kikyo because she is always in the way. She gets between InuYasha and Kagome all the time and constantly hurts InuYasha emotionally. She is a zombie who nneds to stay dead. Sorry if this is harsh and don't go hating on my answer because you disagree.

My answer is precise:
I HATE THE CLAY DOLL BECAUSE SHE'S ALWAYS GETTING IN THE WAY. SHE'S A MEDDLESOME BOTHER AND SHE HAS TO GET BACK TO THE GRAVE...oh! she's already there!

i think every one hates her becuase she herself hates her reincarnation and her amor for inuyasha. she was then able to turn her hate for inuyasha into amor which is why kagome doesnt like her. as i was saying there are mais kagome&inuyasha fãs then there kikyo&inuyasha fãs because kagome is the main character in inuyasha not kikyo. we the fãs then take the hatred off the show and chanel it into our own emeotions. thus everyone hates kikyo.

well i hate kikyo becuase she in the way even she will die again inuyashas pain is dissapearing but whan she came back again she gives mais pain for inuyasha, and kagome has to defeat naraku and ease the pian of inuyasha thats double work meaning shes hurting inuyasha and giving two tough jobs for kagome evan its harsh for kagome shes still going on becuase she really really amor inuyasha not like kikyo hate u kikyo die already !!!!!!!!!!

i dont realy hate her but think of her as a background character. i dont pay attention to her because im not a fã of inuXkagome. i much mais rather sesshomaru and kagome or even naraku and kagome. but if i were to ate her it would be because she is an evil cadela, puta who acts like she loves inuyasha but is just trying to get info to give to naraku. sorry what? i blacked out for a moment. sorry.

I ACTUALLY LIKE KIKYO. I USED TO HATE HER BUT AFTER WATCH THE TRAGIC amor SONG OF DESTINY ON inuyasha I ACTUALLY LIKE HER NOW. BUT I GUESS PEOPLE HATE HER SINCE SHE TRIED TO KILL inuyasha AND KAGOME. I dislike Kikyo. I do not hate her. She realizes inuyasha did not hurt her 50 years atrás yet she STILL blames him. Not Naraku!! She is VERY independent which makes me angry. Whenever Kagome tried to help her Kikyo's all like GO AWAY !!! Idk i just dont like her ... at all

i don't hate kikyo she is kinda strnge for a girl but if she had not died kagome would not have been born and i really like kagome.

I dislike Kikyou because she doesn't mover on, that one time she almost brought inuyasha to hell with her disgusted me greatly. She should just die, like everyone else does in the world. You can't beat it. But, No, she fights, doesn't give up, she has great skill with a bow and arrow, though. When she wants to stay alive so bad, it makes me think of a hobo desperately begging to keep his ways,living on a street, while if you just accepted Christ, he would relieve you. It also annoys me because her prescence seems to affect Kagome in a way that can really make someone hurt emotionally. I think Kagome and inuyasha are the best!

There're many reasons that I have read:
1. She was dead but she kept on living
2. She tried to kill Inuyasha
3. She tried to kill Kagome
4. She messed thing up when she gave Naraku the Shikon Jewel
5. She was revived all over again when she'd already been dead.
6. Her cold-heart attitude.
7. She got in a way of InuxKag relationship: 7a) She messed up Inu's head | 7b) She hurt Kagome's feeling
8. Kagome is much better than her: 8a) Kag is cuter, 8b) Kag is pure, 8c) Kag didn't try to stop everytimes inuyasha went and met Kikyo, 8d) Kag kept the pain for herself, 8e) Kag loves inuyasha for who he is - a Half-Demon. 8f) Kag trusts inuyasha much much mais |
9. Kikyo doesn't amor inuyasha as who he is. She only loves the human part.
10. Kikyo didn't trust Inuyasha.
And there might be much mais

Although, it was way too long at the beginnig of the series, she grew to be much better and they didn't see it.
For the rest, some I didn't see it. And some are not logical to start the argument.
